The system includes tailored interfaces for customers, brand owners, kitchen staff, and delivery drivers—enabling seamless coordination and communication across all stakeholders within a fully contactless food delivery network. Built for a seamless, efficient food experience across devices and user roles.
Context
Home Chef is a multi-brand ghost kitchen platform that emerged during the pandemic to support small food businesses and meet the demand for contactless dining. Each kitchen operates independently but shares delivery infrastructure and brand identity.
I was tasked with designing a full-system experience that serves multiple user roles—from browsing and ordering to kitchen coordination and delivery tracking. My work focused on simplifying workflows, unifying visual language, and maintaining efficiency across the entire ecosystem.
